公司沿革

本公司係於民國97年3月經行政院金融監督管理委員會核准設立，經營財產保險及人身保險直接經紀業務。民國100年10月經營階層改組，由前旺旺友聯產物保險公司董事兼執行副總經理李崇憲出任董事長，公司遷移至台北市民權東路三段144號七樓現址辦公。同年十一月，為擴大營業項目，向主管機關申請經營財產保險暨人身保險再保險經紀業務，於民國101年1月20日獲行政院金融監督管理委員會核准辦理。

本公司英文名稱為 Elicon Risk Services Limited. “Elicon” 係本公司現任董事長家族1983年(民國72年)在香港註冊之企業，當時主要經營國際貿易事業。

Company History

The Company was formed in March 2008 and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) to conduct both life and non-life retail broking services. With the change in the management in October 2011, the former Director and Executive Vice President of Union Insurance Co., Ltd., Mr. Johnny Li, was named Chairman of the Company. The office was then re-located to 7F, No. 144 Sec. 3 MinQuan East Road, Taipei City. In November of 2011, the Company filed an application for approval of Life and Non-Life Reinsurance Broking license with the authority and an approval was granted by the FSC in January 20, 2012.

The Company is now known as Elicon Risk Services Limited. The name “Elicon” originated from the registered family business name of the Chairman in Hongkong in 1983 with International Trading as the main line of business at that time.

本公司除為中小型工商企業及個人提供保險諮詢及經紀服務外，並為大型產業辨識及評估風險，提出解決方案。所服務之產業涵蓋電子科技業、海洋運輸業、金融業、生物科技業、百貨零售業、公共工程、建設營造及一般產業。本公司之專業團隊係由國內保險業服務多年之資深從業人員所組成，主要成員對於規畫及處理各種財產保險、營業中斷保險、船體保險、貨物運輸保險、專業工程保險、銀行綜合保險、藝術品保險、產品責任保險及其他各種意外保險均有豐富之經驗。

本公司再保同仁均在業界從事再保工作多年，熟悉國內外市場。本公司再保團隊目前除服務各大保險公司協助安排各險再保合約外，亦為各公司洽分財產險、船體險、貨物運輸險、傷害險、藝術品保險暨各種責任險臨分業務，頗獲業界支持。

Businesses Scope

In addition to providing insurance consulting and brokerage services for small and medium size businesses and individuals, we also identify and assess risks for large enterprises and provide solutions. The industries we serve consist of electronic industry, marine transportation, finance, biological technology, retail business, public infrastructure projects, construction, and general industries. Our professional team has served in local insurance industry for many years and has a wealth of experience in arranging and handling different classes of insurances as in property insurance, business interruption insurance, marine hull insurance, cargo insurance, engineering insurance, banking blanket bond insurance, fine art insurance, product’s liability insurance and other types of casualty insurance.

Our reinsurance team has several years experience in the market and is very well familiar with the local and international markets. We not only assist local insurance companies in their treaty businesses, but also provide facultative broking expertise to various lines of reinsurances as in Property, Marine Hull, Cargo, Accident and Health, Fine Arts and various type of Liabilities and for which we have earned great support from our clients.

公司負責人

本公司負責人李崇憲在保險業服務超過30年，歷任華僑產物保險公司總經理特別助理，太平產物保險公司意外險部襄理、企劃部副理、國外部經理，美商怡安保險經紀人股份有限公司 (Aon Risks Services Ltd.) 總經理，旺旺友聯產物保險公司執行副總經理，除對一般行業各種財產保險之規劃及再保險之安排具有豐富之實務經驗外，對於經紀人及再保險經紀人之運作亦有深切之認識。

Our Chairman

Our chairman, Johnny Li, has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry today. He was the former Special Assistant to the President in Malayan Overseas Insurance Company, Manager of Foreign Department in Tai Ping Insurance Company, Managing Director of Aon Risks Services Limited (Taiwan) and the most recent Executive Vice President of Union Insurance Company Limited. In addition to wealth of practical experience in planning various non-life insurances covers for clients and extensive reinsurance experiences, he also has deep understanding in the insurance and reinsurance broking operation.
